YEP! And if you want to know more and understand why your body does the things that cause you pain, This is Just for You, to learn how to take better care of your body and gain the knowledge and experience, only You can learn for yourself.
How quickly will I be able to start once I pay?
Shortly after you make the payment for your FLY Self-care Toolbox membership, we will send you an email with some questions for you to complete. Within 24-48 from the time you submit your paperwork, you will be able to log-in to your account and begin building out your online profile and schedule our Initial Consultation. Scheduling preferences, submitted assessments, goals and desired results are discussed.
How long will the program be? And what is the schedule for the training
The program is 90 days minimum, with the option to continue your journey to the next Level 3 membership. Once we schedule your Initial consultation, you will be able to start setting up and customizing your workout routine and training with me (don’t stress! I will provide detailed instructions and discuss with you on how to do everything). Depending on your time preference and ideal time and day to work out, we will find a time and day the works, and if not, you can get a refund before you start the program,
What type of equipment will I need? Can I do all the exercises in my home? How much space will I need?
It REALLY only requires you to have a yoga mat, some resistance bands, & dumbbells. You will need 3 sizes preferably but could make it work with 2 sizes. **Get a light-medium pair (5-12lbs) for your Upper Body, a medium-heavy pair (10-20lbs), and/or a Heavy pair (20-40lbs). Yes, all exercises can be done in your home, or feel free to go outside in your backyard if you want. You need as much space as your Yoga mat will take and the width of your arms and legs fully extended. be mindful of your limbs having space to expand to full length comfortably.
What kind of Detox will be involved? Will I need to go on a strict diet? How many times a week will I need to workout?
There are so many options and Guess what? You get to decide exactly what type of Lifestyle you want to create based on your specific needs and goals. I give you the Tools and Resources and You get to Decide. I give recommendations and the solutions to resolve any issues as You follow your own path towards Healing Yourself. There are no strict diets, but I will show you how to Eat Clean and change to a Healthy and Holistic lifestyle. I recommend working out anywhere from 2-4 times a week, or for weight-loss anywhere from 3-6 days and 1 full day of recovery
